Chrissy Teigen reportedly asked a pregnant women to throw her “some juju”.
The 29-year-old model and her 36-year-old husband John Legend have been married since 2013.
The couple were seen in a service elevator at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday night, and were reportedly overheard discussing their plans to start a family.
“John and Chrissy are trying for a baby,” a source told the New York Daily News. “They were in a backstage elevator, and Chrissy said hello to a pregnant woman, and pointed at her stomach and said, ‘Throw some of that juju over here!’ to her.
“They were all smiles, both of them, and the pregnant woman said, ‘You got it, rub my belly,’ and Chrissy did. Then she walked into the awards show to her chair holding John’s hand. It was super-cute.”
During the Cannes Film Festival earlier this year Chrissy laid out her baby plans. She may have made her fortune as a model, but the stunning star is more than happy to sport a pregnancy bump a few times over.
"I don't think I would stop having kids until I can no longer have them. My minimum is four, which is most people's absolute maximum," she laughed to MailOnline. "I have a three-legged dog and three other bulldogs, so I love a bit of chaos. Things are fun when they are chaotic. I tell John, 'What's three kids when you can have four? What's the difference?'
“We want a significant brood. I imagine my kids at the table in the holidays, being very full of life and laughter. I'm an all or nothing type of girl. I don't go half-a*sed. There's no grey area.”
