St. Pancras International and Syllabus Music have teamed up to turn the infamous station into a gig hall showcasing the latest music talent. Every Thursday evening in July, two bands will take to the stage and play a free gig for commuters as they come home from work.

The Arcade in St. Pancras International will provide the venue for Station Sessions where unsigned acts will perform, including Juan Zelada, Beggar Joe, The Momeraths, Marcus Bonfati, Basement Jaxx singer’s side project Vula plus more.

“Music at St. Pancras International has always been well received by travellers” says Paul Chapman, managing director of High Speed 1, “St Pancras International continues to be a unique station – more about staying and enjoying rather than leaving.”

“The restoration of St Pancras International has made it a perfect location for new music discovery,” says Gideon Chain, MD of Syllabus Music. “The Station Sessions not only provide new musicians with much-needed exposure but also give the public the chance to wind down from work whilst listening to some of the best new music out there, free of charge”.

Syllabus Music provides a platform for student bands helping them get their foot in the industry and brought us the likes of Rosie and the Goldbugs, Let’s Tea Party and other successful acts.
