The Latina songstress beat competition from pop icons Lady Gaga, Ke$ha and Black Eyed Peas to take the top spot, with download figures reflecting her popularity in countries such as India, China and Germany.
Ovi Music trends across 38 countries reveal girl power was strong across 2010¡¯s global music charts: Six of the top ten most downloaded solo artists were female, with Rihanna¡¯s Rated R the most downloaded album of the year.
