LeAnn Rimes felt like she “went to therapy” after two recent interviews.

The 31-year-old country music singer's personal life has been the subject of tabloid fodder since the early days of her relationship with husband Eddie Cibrian, as both stars were married at the time their romance began.

And LeAnn admitted a pair of recent sit-downs provided some catharsis as she candidly discussed her life.

“2 long interviews!! Feels like I just went to therapy lol,” she mused via Twitter on Tuesday.

The star failed to elaborated on details of the interviews, or when fans could expect them to be published, although she tweeted about appearing on Chelsea Handler's US programme Chelsea Lately earlier in the day.

LeAnn and Eddie haven’t been shy about discussing the gritty details of their relationship.

Earlier this summer, the couple, who married in 2011, premiered their first reality show together.

VH1’s LeAnn & Eddie sees both parties attempt to clear the air about their past relationships, with Eddie insisting it wasn’t an attempt to “fire back” at his outspoken ex-wife, Brandi Glanville.

“I think people think we take ourselves super seriously and we don't at all,” LeAnn explained to E! News earlier this year.

The star also said she hoped the series would help her and Eddie “take our life back and have fun with our story and where we are now”.
