Rihanna’s milieu are reportedly incensed about her rumoured romance with Chris Brown.
The couple split in 2009 after Chris assaulted her, leaving her with a badly bruised face.
Rihanna, who is signed to Jay-Z’s record label Def Jam, is said to be enamoured with Chris once again, as the pair have been spending a lot of time together the past few months.
The We Found Love singer’s loved ones are very concerned about where this relationship is headed.
“Her public image and her career are coming second to Chris now, and her whole team, including Jay-Z, is furious,” a source told Star magazine.
“Worse than breaking her heart, he might send her back to the hospital. All of us worry about his jealous rage and violent temper and think she is making a huge mistake, because he hasn’t changed.”
A stream of intimate photos of the pair posted by Rihanna and Chris online has fuelled rumours they're more than just friends.
It has even been suggested Rihanna is keen to put her musical career on hold in order to start a family with the controversial 23-year-old.
