Rihanna “bonded” with Chelsea football player Didier Drogba.
The Bajan superstar was in London over the weekend to watch good friends Jay-Z and Kanye West perform at their Watch The Throne concert.
Football club Chelsea celebrated a win against Bayern Munich in the Champions League final on Saturday and athlete Didier secured the triumphant score.
Rihanna was more than happy to revel it up with Didier and his team members at Boujis nightclub in London’s West End Sunday in honour of their victory.
“Rihanna joined Didier, Jose Bosingwa, Salomon Kalou, Michael Essien and Raul Meireles and held court on their table,” a source told British newspaper The Sun.
“The players were chuffed to meet her but she bonded most with Didier and was dancing away with him.”
Rihanna was also elated to have met the players.
“THEE DIDIER DROGBA #thereisaGod,” she posted on her Twitter account.
The 24-year-old singer is said to be spending lots of time with Oakland Raiders star Darren McFadden.
The pair have apparently only been dating for a few weeks.
Rihanna was also seen wearing a Raiders football jersey during her trip to a New York City strip club recently.
Rihanna formerly dated Dodger’s baseball player Matt Kemp, but the couple split in 2010.
