Nicole Richie and her husband Joel Madden reportedly gave their little girl Harlow a birthday to remember last month.
Harlow turned five-years-old on January 11.
Nicole and Joel were keen on making her special day memorable.
Harlow wanted to have a sleepover in one of the opulent bungalows at the Beverly Hills Hotel to celebrate the occasion.
Her parents were happy to splash out between $1500 and $5320, the room’s nightly rate, for their daughter’s fete.
"Joel rented it for her and three friends," a source told Us Weekly magazine.
"They got to stay up late!"
Good Charlotte musician Joel and fashion designer Nicole married on December 11 2010.
Joel cherishes his marriage with Nicole and revealed the depth of his love for his wife in December just before the holidays.
“Special dedication to my wife," he posted on his Tumblr account.
"We just spent a few days off the grid celebrating our second wedding anniversary.
"Sometimes I keep it to myself and sometimes I can't help myself and I gotta tell the whole world how much I love her. This is one of those times... I feel like the luckiest man alive to have my wife and kids. When the world outside breaks me down, they build me back up. Hope everyone out there finds this kind of love."
