Richie Sambora, legendary rock musician and founding member of Bon Jovi, played to a sold out audience at Shepherd’s Bush Empire, in London this week and rocked the house.

Fans queued to see him perform hits from his new album ‘Aftermath Of The Lowdown’, including single ‘Every Road Leads Home To You’, previous solo albums and the Bon Jovi classic, ‘Dead Or Alive’. Supported by his super tight live band, Sambora wowed the crowd and even performed an unexpected and inspired collection of diverse cover songs including ‘Hungry Heart’ by Bruce Springsteen, Van Morrison’s ‘Wild Night’, a rousing rendition of Oasis’ ‘Don’t Look Back In Anger’ and a show stopping performance of ‘The End’ by The Beatles.

Sambora has spent almost three decades as anintegral part of one of the world’s most beloved bands, Bon Jovi. He’s created some of the most instantly recognisable guitar sounds and penned many of the greatest rock anthems in a generation. In 2010 – twenty-six years after releasing their first album - his band were named the top touring act in the world for the second time, a feat only previously accomplished by The Grateful Dead and The Rolling Stones. After playing to over 35 million people around the globe, Sambora returned home and devoted himself to writing his new album 'Aftermath Of The Lowdown', which is out now.
