After having to postpone two shows Monday and Tuesday due to illness, Paul Simon returned to the stage last night (Wednesday) at London's Hammersmith Apollo.

The title track from Lindsey Buckingham's upcoming album, Seeds We Sow, is available as a free download.

According to Classic Rock, Steve Morse is now the longest running guitarist for Deep Purple at 17-years, beating out Ritchie Blackmore who was in the position for 16 non-consecutive years.

The new album from Britain's Saxon will be released in the U.S. on September 27 via EMI. Call to Arms is already available and charting in the U.K.

A painting by Andy Warhol of Blondie's Debbie Harry has sold for $5.9 million at Southeby's in London.

A new group called Fear and the Nervous System has been formed with James "Munky" Shaffer of Korn, Billy Gould of Faith No More, Steve Krolikowski of Repeater, Brooks Wackerman of Bad Religion, Leopold Ross and Zach Baird.

Their first single, Choking Victim, is now available.
