Judas Priest's "Farewell Tour" is not the last you will see of them, at least according to Rob Halford.
Halford talked to Creative Loafing, telling them "Is there another word besides 'farewell'? You can't say 'retired' because we're not retiring, and you can't really call it the 'you are slowing down a bit tour.' You've gotta give it a little bit of something.
"We thought long and hard and 'farewell' is really the way you can describe this particular world tour because we're not going to do all these big world tours anymore. They've just become too difficult in many, many ways."

Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark (OMD) are returning to the studio to record a followup to their 2010 album History of Modern. The following was posted on their Facebook page:
We are planning to be in the studio in early December to start collating our ideas and expand upon the music we already began writing together earlier this year. The next album entitled English Electric is starting to take shape. Andy and Paul

TMZ is reporting that Frankie Valli may lose a lot in his divorce from Randy Valli, to which he has been married for 27 years. They are saying that Randy receives $515,000 per month, much from the numerous productions of Jersey Boys. That's on top of $5,000 per month she gets for spousal support and another $25,000 per month in royalties from the show.

Prosecutors are asking the judge for the maximum four-year prison sentence for Dr. Conrad Murray for the involuntary manslaughter of Michael Jackson. In addition, they want Murray to pay Jackson's children $100 million, the amount that it is estimated the singer would have made from his This is It tour. Defense attorneys are asking for probation.
