The Pet Shop Boys are releasing their new compilation, Format: B-Sides and Bonus Tracks 1996 to 2009, this week in the U.K. The 2-CD/38-track set is the followup to their 1995 set Alternative, which contained similar tracks from 1985 to 1994.
