Perrie Edwards was reportedly embarrassed by Zayn Malik's argument with Calvin Harris.
The blonde beauty was dumped by the former One Direction star earlier this month and despite insisting she's fine, has publicly broken down in tears since the split was announced.
And it isn't just his ex Zayn's aggravated as he got involved in a Twitter feud with DJ Calvin recently over Calvin's girlfriend Taylor Swift. It seems Perrie has come to her senses and is determined to move on, especially after Zayn's confrontational actions.
"Zayn has still been messaging Perrie since the split, but last week she decided enough was enough. She feels he's handled their break-up terribly," an insider told British magazine Closer. "She couldn't believe it when he took a swipe at Little Mix on Twitter and was really embarrassed by his row with Calvin. Perrie loves Taylor and was so honoured to perform on stage with her [during Taylor's 1989 tour]."
Zayn re-tweeted a post which signified he prefers Fifth Harmony over Perrie's band Little Mix, causing the group's fans to get into an uproar.
The 22-year-old singer allegedly feels as though her ex-fiancé is out to annoy her and with the support from her friends-and-bandmates Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall and Jesy Nelson, she's ready to leave him behind.
"The girls think Perrie deserves a nice bloke after everything she's been through, but it would also be the ultimate revenge after the way Zayn treated her," the insider added. "Perrie's maintained a dignified silence over the split, but she'll have the last laugh, that's for sure."
