Rick Parashar, the producer of Pearl Jam ‘Ten’, Bon Jovi ‘Have A Nice Day’ and Alex Lloyd’s self-titled album, has died at the age of 50.

According to the King County Medical Examiner Parashar’s died of natural causes. The coroner stated that Rick suffered a pulmonary embolism in his lower extremities. He died from a blood clot that started in his leg and travelled to his heart.

One of Parashar’s works was for Melbourne band Juke Cartel, the band featuring Toby Rand. Rand tweeted today, Sad to hear Rick Parashar passed away. Produced our first record & was an enigmatic character.RnR loses another hero ‪#RIP ‪#RickParashar”
