Paul McCartney won the big award at the 2015 Pollstar Awards, being named the Major Tour of the Year.

Held in Nashville's Ryman Auditorium, the awards not only salute the touring artists but also management, venues and festivals. Comedian Ralphie May hosted the evening.

Along with McCartney's win, the other big artist awards went to Katy Perry for Most Creative Stage Production and Sam Smith for Best New Touring Artist. Festival awards went to Austin City Limits (Major Music Festival), Telluride Bluegrass Festival (Music Festival) and Glastonbury (International Music Festival).
