The 61-year-od rocker is always paranoid he is going to get ill and tries to stop himself from getting sick by exercising regularly.

He said: "I'm a hypochondriac. I love exercise though, I like breaking out in a sweat. I don't do stretching or any of that s**t, I go on the cross-trainer of the bike."

As part of his healthy lifestyle Ozzy - whose wife Sharon overcame bowel cancer - no longer eats junk food and he tries to only dine on organic products.

He explained: "I don't like junk food any more. But it's easy for me to say that, I can afford all the organic stuff. If you can feed a big family a bucket of KFC chicken for 10 bucks then you'll do that. Not everyone can afford the healthy organic s**t they say we're meant to eat."

Although he is now in his 60s the reformed heavy metal wildman has no intention of giving up performing at any point in the near future.

Ozzy - who is currently on his 'Ozzfest' world tour - said in an interview with Closer magazine: "I'll only stop when there's a nail being banged into my coffin! My job's not a real job, it's a passion. It's not like I have to do a job I hate. It would be different if I had to go and clean toilets."
