Nick Jonas always “knows exactly” what Demi Lovato is thinking.
The Jonas Brothers hunk is helping the singer-and-actress choose which acts she will mentor on The X Factor US. The pair previously toured together and Nick is thrilled to be working with Demi again because they share such a strong connection.
“We've seen a lot of life together at this point," Nick told ET Online. "One thing I specifically remember about Demi is that when we'd be on stage together, we could look at each other from across the stage and kind of know exactly what the other person was thinking."
While Demi has teamed up with Nick for the TV talent show, her fellow judges have also called upon some heavy hitters in the music industry.
Britney Spears will be working with will.i.am, L.A. Reid is with Justin Bieber, while Simon Cowell is relying on Marc Anthony.
Marc has a close friendship with the famously critical music mogul, but admits they don’t always agree.
"We have been friends for years and we get each other," Marc explained, before joking, "It's a really weird, bizarre relationship, because I don't even know why I like him. There is not much to like, but there is a lot to respect."
Britney is confident she will be mentoring the most successful act in her debut season as a judge on the show.
"The winner is definitely in my category," she smiled.
