Lyrics & Music written by : Music - Mark Scicluna, Lyrics - Rita Pace

What message does your song give? The song is about the lack of importance given to a housewife's job.

Do you like to compete in Festivals? Why/Why Not?: Yes, I do. I believe that it is the platform for an artist to acquire the experience within the industry.

This Festival supports our native tongue. Do you prefer to sing in Maltese, English or another language? Each language has its own characteristics. I don't mind singing in either one.

Which is your favourite Maltese Song of all time?: Mike Spiteri's 'Fejn Thobb il- Qalb'

And your favourite International Song of all time?: Beyonce's 'Listen'

Who inspires you as an Artist?: Beyonce

Would you share highlights from your music career during the last 12 months? : I was a backing vocalist in last year's Ghanja tal-Poplu. After that I succeeded in winning 'Passport to Indifest' on Sas-Sitta which gave me an automatic place as one of the finalists of the Konkors Kanzunetta Indipendenza 2013.

What are your goals in music ? : As with all Maltese singers, I aspire to be one of Malta’s representatives in the Eurovision Song Contest. I would also like to have the opportunity to take part in a musical in the West End. But the most important thing is that I make people happy with my music.

How much time per day do you spend on your music career ? : I try to practice some vocal techniques every day, though sometimes it is not always possible due to my academic studies

If you had to choose another Artist to duet with, who would that be and why? I would choose Micheal Buble. I love his style of music and his voice is flawless.

Do you have a message for the Music News Malta followers ? : I would like to encourage
people to support Maltese music, especially when it comes to songs in our native
language. Sometimes we do not appreciate enough the amount of talent around us!
