Nicki Minaj is reportedly being sued for arriving late to a performance.

Court documents were filed at Manhattan Supreme Court Wednesday on behalf of producers at IMP Entertainment, according to the New York Daily News.

The outlet reports Nicki is accused of breaking an agreement after she allegedly arrived 90 minutes late to a NBA All Star event at Hollywood’s Siren Studios on February 19, 2011.

The plaintiffs claim Nicki agreed to show up to the venue at midnight and to perform for an hour. However, the star was on stage for less than 30 minutes, they say.

According to the filings, Nicki was paid $53,050 for the appearance.

Her alleged tardiness and brief performance “defeated the entire purpose of the agreement”, the plaintiffs continue.

IMP is seeking to be reimbursed for Nicki’s fee. They are also seeking unspecified damages, according to the News.

A spokesperson for the Starships rapper had not commented on the claims at press time.

The suit is not the only legal battle waged against Nicki in recent months.

The star was also sued for $30 million by her former “wig guru”, Terrence Davidson, who claimed in court documents filed earlier this year Nicki stole his wig designs and ruined his chances of having his own reality television show.

Nicki lashed out at the claims back in May and sought to have a judge toss the suit.
