Miley Cyrus has no plans to move house despite a "crazy" man claiming to be her husband being arrested on her property last Thursday (06.09.12).
Miley Cyrus won't let her stalker ruin her life.
The 19-year-old singer is refusing to move home in spite of a terrifying incident last Thursday (06.09.12) when a 40-year-old scissor-wielding man claiming to be her husband tried to enter her £3 million gated mansion in Los Angeles.
A source told HollywoodLife.com: "She doesn't plan on moving from her home and will not allow crazy people ruin her life.
"When she is home, she has her own security team that she trusts and is confident they would protect her.
"She will not be affected by the incidents that have happened recently at her house. She is relieved that no one was injured and hurt but moving is not an option."
The police were called to Miley's mansion last week after an eyewitness spotted an intruder jumping over the starlet's fence and banging on her front door.
Jason Luis Rivera was found hiding in the bushes with a pair of scissors and wearing a large pink heart around his neck.
He told police: "I am friends with Miley Cyrus. I am. She's my wife. Me and Miley have been friends for five years."
Miley - who is engaged to 'The Hunger Games' hunk Liam Hemsworth - was previously stalked in 2009 and Mark McLeod served time in jail for harassing her and claiming the pair were "secretly married".
