Madonna has reportedly split from boyfriend Timor Steffens.
The 56-year-old singer has been spotted with the 26-year-old Dutch dancer since January of this year and the couple supposedly went on vacation with her children in the South of France earlier this month. However, everything didn’t go according to plan, it is claimed.
“Madonna politely asked Timor to take his luggage and leave,” a source told Us Weekly. “He packed up and left the trip and said they were done.”
The vacation coincided with Madonna’s son Rocco’s birthday as well as the songstress’ own big day, both of which occur in August.
The Like a Virgin hitmaker went on to Ibiza without Timor, Us Weekly reports.
“It was never serious, and she was never that into it,” a source told the publication. “She’s been working on her album and getting Lola off to school, no time for anything heavy.”
Madonna is a mother to four children and Timor recently revealed he enjoys spending time with them.
“I want to be a dad, it’s my goal to have my own family, that’s there in the back of my mind all the time,” he told British newspaper The Mirror.
“I hang out with a lot of celebrities. I hang out with their kids, I see the world.
“But I do that because I genuinely care for who they are as a person. I’m a very loving person – if I hang out with them it’s because I have a big connection with them.”
Timor added he “doesn’t notice” the age gap between him and the Into the Groove performer, noting she is a “big inspiration”.
“She always looks for new challenges in life,” he said. “When everyone walks the right path, she will walk the left path to show that she has a vision and her own way of expressing.”
