The MALTA INTERNATIONAL FIREWORKS FESTIVAL – San Pawl il-Baħar
organised by the Ministry of Tourism, MTA and San Pawl il Baħar Local Council.
The Malta International Fireworks Festival 2015 will once again be coming to the locality of San Pawl il-Baħar. The event will be happening on Saturday 02nd May 2015 commencing with a street festival organised by the San Pawl il-Baħar Local Council along the promenade of Bugibba from 18.00hrs to 21.00hrs. The street festival will feature a selection of unplugged entertainers as well as a number of traditional games set up along the length of the promenade with the help of the children and teens of the locality. This time we will be having both ground fireworks as well as fireworks let off from barges in the middle of the bay. At 21.30hrs there will be the presentation of trophies by the Minister of Tourism. The Fireworks display will be set off from pontoons at 22.00hrs. The Ground Fireworks will start soon after from 22.30hrs until 23.30hrs between the St. Paul’s Shipwreck chapel and Bugibba Jetty. The evening will wind down with a live concert featuring distinguished guests up to 23.30hrs.
