The highly acclaimed ‘Middle of the Bed’ Singer/Songwriter tops the bill at the 4th instalment of the one-day festival.

Taking place on the earlier date of Saturday 1st June at Newton Abbot Racecourse, Lemonfest 2013’s line-up boasts a stellar combination of up-and-coming talent, and established local acts, across 4 main stages.

Lucy Rose’s debut album ‘Like I Used To’ gained rave reviews upon it’s release in September 2012 – and hit single ‘Middle of the Bed’ has amassed nearly 1.5 million views on Youtube. Her popularity has snowballed in the last 12 months, and prior to Lemonfest she embarks on a major European Headline Tour, before heading back to the UK for festival season.

Also on this year’s packed line-up will be London Dub group THE SKINTS, who will be ending their UK tour in Newton Abbot. The Radio 1 favourites are renound for their rowdy live performances, and first came into the main stream spotlight with a fantastic cover of Katy B’s ‘On a Mission’

Also on the bill will be hotly tipped Falmouth Indie band TALL SHIPS. 2012 was a huge year for them, with Radio 1’s Huw Stephens a self proclaimed fan, they also played Reading & Leeds Festival and sold out many of the dates on their first ever UK headline tour.

Other acts on the bill include the ever popular South West gypsy folk band MAD DOG MCREA, Exeter and BBC 1’s very own ‘The Voice’ star ADAM ISAAC going back to his singer/songwriter roots, as well as Bristol based psych-rockers TOWNS – who are massively tipped for big things by the likes of Zane Lowe in 2013.

Gates open on the day at 12pm, with acts and DJ’s across the 4 areas going on until 11pm. Tickets start from just £20, and are available from www.lemonfest.co.uk
