Mario Lopez has confirmed reports Taylor Swift and One Direction’s Harry Styles have rekindled their romance.
The singers briefly dated earlier this year but sparked rumours of a reconciliation after being seen together in Los Angeles.
Speaking on his 104.3 MY FM US radio show on Friday night, X Factor co-host Mario said he witnessed the pair walking “hand-in-hand” as she prepared for her November 15 performance on the programme.
When he asked Harry what he was doing at the Los Angeles sound stage, the singer appeared to confirm he was accompanying the country music star.
"(Here's) a little inside scoop for you," Mario told listeners. “During rehearsals, Harry from One Direction came and slapped me on the back, and said, 'Hey, Mario, how ya doing?' And I said, 'What are you doing here?' And he sort of (gestured) toward Taylor."
The former actor said it was clear the pair were “hanging out” and seemed to be more than friends.
Harry and Taylor briefly dated in April and she is said to have been devastated by their break-up.
Taylor has been romantically linked to John Mayer, Joe Jonas, Jake Gyllenhaal, Taylor Lautner and most recently, Conor Kennedy.
Harry is believed to have dated model Emma Ostilly after the pair’s split.
