Little Mix think they can take over the world if they stick together.

The four-piece group, Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Perrie Edwards and Jade Thirlwall, are incredibly good friends as well as bandmates.

And it is this bond that makes their conquering of the music industry all the more enjoyable.

“To be honest, we’re just loving what we’re doing and we get to experience all of this together, which is amazing,” Jesy told Teen Vogue magazine. “There aren’t many people who can say they see different things every day. We genuinely get on so well, and even though we’re in each other’s pockets, we never argue — and no one believes us, but even when we get done with work for the day, we still want to have sleepovers. It’s like we’re addicted to each other.”

“When girls stick together, we’re a stronger force. When girls are b**chy, it’s such a shame because there’s no need for it and if girls stick together, we can take over the world.”

The girls were first formed on UK television talent show The X Factor back in 2011.

They have since enjoyed huge success with hits such as Wings and the recent Black Magic.

Their new album, entitled Get Weird, is due for release in November (15) and gives the girls chance to talk about their imperfections through their songs.

“Everyone’s got this idea of perfection, and everyone strives to be that, but it’s all a bunch of crock,” Perrie said.

Perrie’s comments are somewhat telling considering she was widely thought to have the “perfect” romance with fiancé Zayn Malik until he broke up with her, reportedly via text message.

The group have also used their new record as a means of showcasing their new mature sound.

“We’re growing up. We’re not young girls anymore,” Leigh-Anne added. “It’s a little more cheeky. It’s quite a pop album that’s relatable to everyone — it’s classic ‘80s pop.”
