Miranda Lambert was a huge winner at this year’s Academy of Country Music Awards.

The 31-year-old Kerosene singer scooped up seven nominations at the 2015 ACMs, more than any other artist.

The songstress took home the Song of the Year trophy for her tune Automatic and the Album of the Year award for her record Platinum, the coveted 50th Anniversary Milestone Award and she was also dubbed Female Vocalist of the Year.

And Miranda rocked the house with a sizzling performance on the night. She took to the stage in a red and black corset lifting the crowd to their feet with exciting live renditions of her hit songs Mama's Broken Heart and Little Red Wagon.

Miranda was presented with her 50th Anniversary Milestone Award by stunning duo Sofia Vergara and Reese Witherspoon.
During her acceptance speech the Platinum crooner made it clear she shares the accolade with fans.

“Thank you so much for allowing me to live my dream. I love you so much, thank you,” she noted.

The 50th Anniversary Milestone Award was also given to Brooks & Dunn, Taylor Swift, Garth Brooks, Reba McEntire, Kenny Chesney and George Straight in honour of their career achievements, which have altered the country music industry forever.

Miranda’s performance wasn’t the only hot set of the evening, as band Florida Georgia Line sang their song Sippin’ on Fire while surrounded by flames. The fiery spectacle literally sent the crowd into chaotic glee.

Another touching moment on the night is when Taylor Swift’s “very proud” mother Andrea gushed over her daughter while presenting the 25-year-old musician with her Milestone Award trophy.

"I've watched this milestone artist from the time she was a tangle-haired little girl growing up on our farm full of imagination and creativity," Andrea shared with the audience. “For many years, I was her constant companion. And I witnessed a young girl with few friends become a young woman with many, learning to stand up for herself and the things she believes in.

“I'd like to thank the ACMs for honouring her in this way. But I'd also like to thank the entire music community for taking such good care of her."
