Kim Kardashian and Kanye West reportedly don't want North to feature in Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

The couple are proud parents to the 20-month-old tot, and she regularly shares the limelight with her famous folks.

While Kim and Kanye are happy to have her sit front row at Fashion Week shows, they're said to be less keen for her to join in on the reality TV action that made Kim's family household names.

“[Conversations] didn’t ever include any talk of having North on the show. It was a no-go from the very beginning because Kim and Kanye made it clear North wasn’t going to be up for discussion," a source told RadarOnline.

"They want North to have some privacy and be able to be a child away from the cameras.”

Last week it was reported that Kim's mother Kris Jenner had secured a $100million deal for another four years of the E! reality show, although NBCUniversal called the story "grossly inaccurate".

Kim and Kanye are said to be willing to bend slightly when it comes to their daughter, but are thought to have turned down even bigger bucks to have her as a show regular.

“There will be times when North will be included in a group setting, where it’s impossible to edit her out. But she won’t be on the show on even a semi-regular basis. E! offered big money to have North included, but her parents turned it down," the insider said.

Momager Kris supposedly masterminded the giant paycheque her family are set to receive, although the insider claims she was willing to go to another TV network if her demands weren't met.

"There was a point during the talks where it seemed E! wasn’t going to pay for the massive contract. Kris would have had another deal signed in record time, and E! wasn’t going to let that happen. Love or hate the Kardashians, the family continues to do very well in the ratings," the source noted.
