Kim Kardashian apparently gets "panicky" at the thought of being pregnant again.
The reality star already has 15-month-old daughter North with husband Kanye West. But despite recently revealing on TV they are trying for a sibling for their little girl, it has been claimed the 33-year-old's heart isn't really in it.
"She hates being pregnant, and says even thinking about it gets her all panicky," a source told British magazine Heat. "When Kim was pregnant with North, it was a horrible and very lonely time for her, and she's telling Kanye she just can't face it right now."
There is reportedly another reason Kim isn't keen to have baby number two. The star has worked hard to get her body back into shape after giving birth, and it's alleged she doesn't want to lose that so soon after reclaiming it.
"It's also her vanity," the source continued. "Kim is working her ass off to be as slim and sexy as she can be, and the last pregnancy ruined her body - especially her boobs. She says her body 'isn't suited to pregnancy', unlike Kourtney's."
Kim's younger sister Kourtney already has kids Penelope and Mason with her boyfriend Scott Disick, and is currently pregnant with baby number three.
Kim first confirmed the couple were hoping to have another child during an appearance on the Today show, where she said it was "in God's hands".
But her reported reluctance to give up her flat stomach has apparently not gone down well with Yeezus star Kanye, 37, who she married in May.
"He's really keen to add another baby to the family," the source continued. "He's saying it'll really seal them as a unit. It'll be the thing that stops people saying they'll split and make everyone realise they're a proper family."
Kim and Kanye are currently in Paris attending the bi-annual Fashion Week event. Yesterday, the reality TV queen became the latest victim of a stunt by Ukrainian former TV presenter Vitalii Sediuk, who grabbed her as she exited a car and almost pushed her over. Kim was seen looking upset after the incident and TMZ now claims the couple are taking drastic action to protect themselves. It's thought they are planning to secure armoured vehicles for transport going forward, and employing more bodyguards while in the French capital.
