Jennifer Lopez feels “sexiest” when she is dancing.
The superstar has found it easy to keep in shape recently, after touring with Enrique Iglesias.
The 43-year-old star feels at her best when she is strutting her stuff and feeling good.
“Yeah, I feel sexiest when I’m dancing. When I am moving and I am exercising and I feel like my body is in shape. I feel confident about myself, when you let yourself go you don’t really feel sexy,” she revealed to a UK TV show.
“I am not having trouble keeping in shape at the moment because the energy output in the shows is quite intense.”
Jennifer is set to perform in countries around the world this year.
The singer-and-actress is enthusiastic rather than nervous about the shows.
“I am excited, you know, when you get on tour you kind of get into a rhythm with it, you don’t have that kind of bubble guts feeling,” she explained.
“People have paid money, they want a good time, I want a good time, we are going to have a good time together and that’s what it’s going to be.”
