Janet Jackson reveals new song

Janet Jackson has released her first single in five years, No Sleeep (yes, that’s spelled correctly) from her upcoming album Unbreakable.

Jackson has been off the scene for, in reality, seven years with her last album, Discipline, being issued in 2008. Sales for that album are still below 500,000 and only one song from the album charted, Feedback (2008 / #19 Pop). One other single, Nothing from the soundtrack of Why Did I Get Married, Too?, was released in 2010 but it didn’t chart.

The track was written and produced by Jackson, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis.
