‘The Club Is Alive’ group put a huge amount of preparation into their second album but insist none of the songs will go to waste.

Band member Oritse Williams exclusively told BANG Showbiz: “We love the studio and when we made the album we wrote 60 songs with it, then we had to whittle it down to 14. But with all that material we can use it as B-sides, or for soundtracks, or give it to other artists, y’know.”

JLS – which also includes Aston Merrygold, Marvin Humes and Jonathan ‘JB’ Gill - also promised their second album come from their hearts, as they have been heavily involved in creating all of the songs from the beginning.

Oritse added: “Our single ‘Love You More’ is the first single we’ve co-written as a band, together with producers Wayne Hector and Toby Gadd, but the rest of the album we’ve written every song apart from ‘The Club Is Alive’ so 13 tracks on the album come from us and the personal experiences we’ve had, so we’ve been very hands on in the creative process.”

Charity single ‘Love You More’, released to raise money for charity Children In Need, will be released on November 14. ‘Outta This World’ will follow on a week later (22.11.10).
