Iggy Azalea has filed a lawsuit against her ex.

The Fancy singer has accused Jefe Wine of illegally copying the entire contents of her laptop computer while they were living together back in 2009, according to TMZ.

However, the website claims there is no direct mention of the sex tape Jefe is allegedly in possession of.

Instead, the lawsuit is said to reference the unreleased master recordings Jefe is alleged to have used to create a new release, which he announced in July he would soon be making public.

In addition, the lawsuit apparently accuses Jefe of forgery, given that he claims to have a signed document from Iggy which gives him the exclusive rights to both her music and videos.

However, Iggy is said to be accusing Jefe of using a contract she previously signed to put together the fake document.
Iggy previously denied having a sex tape, which Vivid Entertainment claimed to be in possession of.

The 24-year-old Australian singer took to Twitter earlier this month to blast those involved in selling sex tapes, saying that doing so makes them sex offenders.

In a lengthy post, Iggy wrote: “Obviously I've seen the news feed today and i just want to say…

“I dont have a sex tape but for the record... Anyone who releases or attempts to make profit off someone else's intimate moments against their will is a sex offender sic).”

Vivid Entertainment boss Steven Hirsch released a statement on Thursday claiming to have a video of Iggy and her boyfriend Nick Young.

"I believe there would be a huge demand for her sex tape," he said in the press release. "Iggy has proved that she's an amazing talent...We are conducting our due diligence and if we are satisfied with our review, we will definitely try to make a deal to distribute the tape."
