Iggy Azalea has reportedly agreed to drop her theft case against ex-boyfriend Maurice Williams.

The 25-year-old Fancy songstress dated the man between 2008 and 2009, but things turned really sour when he unlawfully released some of the star’s early songs without her consent.

Iggy, whose real name is Amethyst Kelly, sued Maurice in September 2014 alleging he secretly downloaded the raw files from her computer without permission before distributing the songs to the masses.

But The Wrap reports new legal documents were filed Tuesday in which both parties have agreed to “hereby stipulate to the dismissal, with prejudice”.

The dismissal with prejudice means the case can be brought back into the courts again in the future should any other foul play take place.

In the original lawsuit she brought forth last year, Iggy was seeking damages. She also claimed Maurice forged her signature onto a bogus artist management contract in an attempt to cover up the fact he stole Iggy’s music.

A judge still has to approve the pair’s desire to dismiss the lawsuit and dismissal terms have not been revealed.

Although Iggy is now happily engaged to wed professional basketball player Nick Young, she has been dealing with tonnes of drama stemming from ex Maurice within the past year or so.

Around the time she launched her theft lawsuit against him last fall, Iggy was left stunned when Maurice, who has many aliases including Jefe Wine, filed for divorce from what he called their “common law marriage”.

She vehemently denied such a union existed and battled it out in court to clear her name.
