Harry Styles reportedly loves that his girlfriend doesn't behave like a "lap dog".
The One Direction heartthrob has been linked to Victoria's Secret model Nadine Leopold for several months now, and she's even thought to have helped arrange his 21st birthday celebrations earlier this month.
Apparently one of the big attractions for Harry is that the blonde beauty has her own thing going on career wise.
"She's shooting in Mexico at the moment, but she will join him on 1D's world tour for a couple of dates. But it'll be based around her modelling schedule," an insider told British magazine Heat. "She's not following him around like a lap dog and that's what's keeping Harry so interested - he's totally into her."
The pair have been spending a lot of time together in America, and it's suggested they recently decided to prove how serious they are about each other. They are reported to have inked their initials on each other, with Harry arranging for one of his favourite tattoo artists to travel to his home so the procedure could be completed in private.
"Harry's having to do a lot of the running with Nadine. He knows what his reputation as a womaniser is like. He's desperately trying to show her that he's serious about her and she's not just another girl," the source said.
And that's not the only step the couple have taken. The curly-haired lothario is said to be so smitten with Nadine he has asked her to live with him, with the model taking him up on the offer - at least part time.
"Nadine couldn't have said yes fast enough. She's based in New York for modelling but she'll shuttle back and forth," the source told US Star magazine.
"The effect she has on him is really refreshing. The look on his face when he's with her says it all."
