Gwyneth Paltrow 'wants pub gigs'

Gwyneth Paltrow is apparently making plans to becoming a jobbing musician around the UK.

The Oscar winning actress is married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin but apparently does not want his help in her endeavour.

Sources tell Star magazine that while Chris is playing big arenas and stadiums, Gwyneth wants to book secret gigs in London pubs.

'She wants to invite her VIP pals, including Jay-Z and Beyoncé,' an insider said.

'Whether they'll grab a mic and share the stage with Gwynnie remains to be seen, but wherever she decides to sing, it will be one very packed pub indeed.

'She really wants to make a go of a singing career.

'Right now she's decided not to get Chris to help her. She doesn't want to rides his coattails.'
