Guns N' Roses to play Las Vegas residency

Celine Dion, Barry Manilow, Cher, Elton John and.....Guns N' Roses.

Axl Rose and the latest iteration of the group are going where few rock acts have gone before, taking on a residency in Las Vegas. Motley Crue led the way earlier this year with a two week run of shows. Guns N' Roses' run will be for 12 shows.

They will be starting the Appetite for Democracy residency on October 31 and running through November 24 at The Joint in the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. They are promising material from their debut album through their latest, 2008's Chinese Democracy.
