Gavin Rossdale ‘buys drums for son’

Gavin Rossdale is reportedly worried he’s annoyed Gwen Stefani by buying their son a drum kit.

The married musicians have sons Kingston, five, and three-year-old Zuma together. Gavin is eager for their kids to follow in their footsteps, so was delighted when Zuma showed an interest in percussion when they were out and about recently.

“When the tyke began pounding wildly on a drum set at a Hollywood music store, Proud Papa – not wanting to stifle the musical impulses of [his] kid – impulsively up and bought the whole damn thing,” reports National Enquirer.

Although the Bush rocker loved seeing how happy his toddler son was, the smile soon vanished from his face.

He was overheard mumbling that Gwen wasn’t going to be happy with him, prompting Zuma to try to put his mind at ease.

“I’m gonna play for mommy all night long!” he shrieked.

“That’s exactly what daddy’s afraid of,” Gavin reportedly replied.
