The 'Love the Way You Lie' rapper pokes fun at rumours eccentric singer Gaga has both male and female sexual organs in the song, which features his protege Royce Da 5' 9".
In the track Eminem raps: "Tell Lady Gaga she can quit her job at the post office/ She's still a male lady."
"Wouldn't f**k her with her d**k/ You heard it/ The verdict's in."
The song is scheduled to appear under Eminem and Royce's Bad Meets Evil name, on their ' Hell: The Sequel EP'. Elsewhere within the track, Eminem jokes about Justin Bieber.
'Judas' hitmaker Gaga mocked rumours she was actually a hermaphrodite - started in 2009, after a photo of her in England seemingly showed a bulge in her underwear - by saying she was planning to wear a fake penis on stage.
She said: "I want to wear a d**k strapped to my vagina. We all know that one of the biggest talking points of the year was that I have a d**k, so why not give them what they want?
"I also carry myself onstage in a masculine way and sing in a low register.
"I want to comment on that in a beautiful, artistic way. How I wanna show it. And I want to call this piece 'Lady Gaga Dies Hard'. Come on, come see me try to persuade everyone to let me wear a penis."
