Dionne Warwick is out of the hospital after spending two weeks as a patient.

Warwick slipped and fell in the bathtub on January 24 in her home in South Orange, NJ, according to TMZ. Although there has been no official statement on the extent of her injury(s), it is known that she underwent ankle surgery and was only released on Thursday (February 5).

The singer, who is a cousin of Whitney Houston and Bobbi Kristina Brown, has also been distraught over the situation with Bobbi. Her second cousin was found face down in a bathtub on January 31, exactly one week after her fall, and is reportedly in extremely bad condition with reports varying from little brain activity to cautiously recovering. Bobbi's mother, Whitney, died in a bathtub almost two years ago.

A source told Hollywood Life that Dionne is praying all the time for Bobbi to recover and that there is fear for Warwick's own health if she doesn't survive. "She cannot face Bobbi Kristina and look at her while she’s in this condition. It’s too hard for her. It’s like looking at Whitney’s breathless body all over again. Dionne was one of the family members who made sure Whitney looked her best before they put her in her coffin. She doesn’t want to have to be the one to do the same thing for Bobbi Kristina."
