David Guetta admits the only thing he doesn’t like about his life is jetlag.

The French producer-and-DJ is famed for creating catchy dance tracks with artists such as Rihanna and Nicki Minaj.

His high-profile career means he is constantly touring the world to play DJ sets, which can be tiring for the 45-year-old star.

“I love going home, because the only thing I don’t like in my life is jetlag,” he confessed to a UK radio station.

“For me, not to take the plane is like, ‘Wow.’ I get to sleep three days in a row; that is luxury for me.”

Despite making time for family over Christmas, the festive period will also involve some hard work for the music mogul.

David is known for his legendary New Year’s Eve sets and will play in Mexico on December 31.

“It’s gonna be hard to beat last year! I was playing in Rio de Janeiro on the beach and there were three million people dressed in white. This year I am playing at Playa del Carmen in Mexico. I will do my best!” he explained.

Now that he has well and truly made a name for himself in the music industry, the star knows he can afford to kick back a little and enjoy himself.

“I really never stop, since ten years! It’s funny because most people say, ‘Ooh, it’s summer it will be busy for you’, or, ‘It’s Christmas,’ but I’m always busy! It’s always summer somewhere in the world,” he laughed.

“I worked with Rihanna, Usher, Ludacris...so now I have no plans and I am enjoying the present! I haven’t done this for so many years, it’s crazy. Of course I’m still making music, but not because I have to deliver, but because I just want to make music for no reason.”
