Coldplay bassist Guy Berryman is reportedly engaged.
The 35-year-old Scottish rocker proposed to his girlfriend, Dutch model Keshia Gerrits, last month, according to the Irish Mirror.
The pair have been dating for two years and are apparently planning a ceremony for close friends and family in the coming months.
“They’re really loved-up and are already ¬planning to get married in a secret London location,” a source said.
“Of course Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow will be there, as will the rest of the band and a selection of close friends from the group’s intimate circle.”
While Keshia, 23, reportedly appeared to confirm the impending nuptials with a photo of a diamond ring on her wedding finger on Twitter, a spokesperson for the band has yet to verify the couple are indeed heading down the aisle.
Guy’s marriage to Keshia would be his second. The Mirror reports he was previously married to his childhood sweetheart, Joanna Berryman. The former couple, who split in 2007, share a seven-year-old daughter and reportedly remain on good terms.
Coldplay frontman Chris has previously mused about Guy’s good looks, joking the bassist is responsible for the band's large fanbase.
“My entire life is spent trying to push him forward at photo shoots. He’s our packaging, he’s a handsome b*****d,” Chris joked back in 2012.
“None of us pretend that if he wasn’t in the band we’d be as popular. He is responsible for all our calendar sales,” Chris laughed.
