Chris Brown invites criticisers of his Halloween costume to “get over it”.

The controversial R&B singer dressed up as deceased terrorist Osama bin Laden at this year’s holiday.

The al-Qaeda founder and self-proclaimed mastermind of America’s September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center was shot dead during a covert operation ordered by President Barack Obama in 2011.

Chris, who was convicted of assaulting his then girlfriend Rihanna in 2009, is upset by the widespread condemnation his ensemble has received.

"It's f**king Halloween," he told Los Angeles radio station Power 106.

"It's a motherf**king Pagan holiday, we dress our kids up as Satan, demons, little goblins and all this other stuff. Get over it, people.

"I was dressed as the mother**king people we killed. The person [we] killed: Bin Laden. I was dressed as the people [we] killed. It's nobody's motherf**king business and everybody who's really mad about it, F**k y'all."

Chris’ mother Joyce Hawkins also defends her son’s costume choice.

"Halloween is for fun, nothing more than just fun. Get a life please," she wrote on Twitter soon after the holiday.

"So does this mean when we dress our kids as Satan we glorifying him or (is) it just out of fun???? ... Keep smiling angel. (sic)"
