Chris Brown apparently wants a "meaningful" relationship with his daughter.

At the beginning of this month, it was revealed the star had fathered a baby girl named Royalty with model Nia Guzman.

There are now reports the 25-year-old musician plans to move Nia and Royalty to LA so they can be close to them.

According to TMZ, Chris is open to paying the rent for them as it will mean he can see his child every day and form a "meaningful" bond with her. However, he is not romantically involved with Nia.

It's thought Chris and Nia are still negotiating the child support he will pay for nine-month-old Royalty. He's currently paying more than legally required but apparently threatened court when she started talking about their relationship.

He's now thought to have promised to drop the idea of a court case and keep paying the maximum if she moves to LA, however it's alleged Nia is yet to respond.

Prior to the revelation, Chris had been in an on/off relationship with model Karrueche Tran. However, the 26-year-old made it clear she didn't want to be involved in his current situation.

"Listen. One can only take so much. The best of luck to Chris and his family. No baby drama for me," she wrote on Twitter, alongside an emoticon of a baby.

Pictures earlier this month showed Royalty in Houston, where she met her father after he performed a show there.
