Pop phenomenon Charli XCX recently revealed the official tracklisting for her highly-anticipated new album Sucker, released in the UK on January 26 through Asylum Records, and this week she drops another new track from the record.
Co-written with Patrik Berger (Robyn, Icona Pop), ‘Gold Coins’ is a woozy, riff-heavy ode to excess with the punchy lyrics we’ve come to expect from the ascendent Ms XCX.
The album is available to pre-order now and Charli will be giving away seven tracks as instant grats over the coming months as a very special thank you to UK fans - three tracks are available upon pre-order).
The Sesac Songwriter of the Year 2014 is also delighted to announce a UK headline tour, which will take place in March/April 2015.
The run of dates kick off at Brighton’s Concorde 2 on March 24 following with shows in London (Shepherd’s Bush Empire), Glasgow, Sheffield, Oxford, Manchester, Nottingham before finishing-up at Birmingham’s Institute on April 2 (tickets on sale now).
