Cara Delevingne reportedly feels as though she has "fallen in real love" for the first time.

The 22-year-old star is no stranger to having her love life in the spotlight and previously enjoyed a highly publicised relationship with actress Michelle Rodriguez.

She's now thought to be dating musician Annie Clark, known by her stage name St. Vincent, and the pair have been spotted out together several times in the last few weeks. It seems Cara is smitten with her new partner.

"This relationship is completely different to anything Cara's ever known," an insider told Look magazine. "Despite having so many friends, Cara was very lonely before she met Annie - she had been badly hurt by a couple of former relationships, including Michelle Rodriguez, who she dated for four months, and those insecurities stayed with her. But now she thinks she's fallen in real love for the first time. She calls Annie 'MOH' [my other half]."

Annie is also thought to have made Cara feel more confident creatively, and it was the singer who apparently encouraged her to get in the studio with Beyoncé Knowles. This joining of forces became apparent when both stars posted matching photos of their hands on mixing desks on Instagram earlier this month.

Beyoncé's hubby Jay Z, who owns record label Roc Nation, is apparently keen on signing Cara if she proves herself serious about making music.

It isn't just Cara who has been impacted by the new love though.

"Since meeting Cara, Annie has slowly been attending more parties with her," another source added, noting that Annie is normally a "very private person". "They're so happy together - they don't care who knows."
