Cameron Diaz supposedly “didn’t hesitate” to introduce Benji Madden to her family.
The 41-year-old actress is rumoured to have started dating the 35-year-old Good Charlotte rocker over a month ago.
And according to Us Weekly magazine, she spent the Fourth of July holiday in Orlando, Florida with relatives accompanied by her new beau Benji.
"She goes there every summer and spends time hanging out on the beach with her aunt and her mom," an insider detailed.
"She is super laid back and didn't hesitate for a second to introduce him to her family."
Apparently Cameron, who has dated Hollywood hotties like Justin Timberlake and Jared Leto in the past, is most interested in taking it slow with Benji.
But the musician is said to be so enamoured with The Other Woman star he is ready to take their relationship to the next level.
"For her, it doesn't mean much other than she likes having him around and they are having fun together," the source added. "He is totally into her and she is just going with the flow and seeing what happens."
Cameron’s friend Nicole Richie, who is married to Benji’s twin brother Joel Madden, supposedly introduced the new couple to each other. It’s been claimed Cameron is happy feeling out the relationship at the moment, although her pal Drew Barrymore is said to be concerned that Benji might not be right for her.
Cameron was previously romantically linked with Carlos de la Torre, Alex Rodriguez and Matt Dillon amongst others. She has never been married and has often said she would rather be alone than settle for a relationship that wasn’t right.
