Michael Bublé would like to move his family away from Buenos Aires because it’s “too dangerous”, according to reports.

The Cry Me a River singer currently lives in the Argentinean city with his wife Luisana Lopilato, who is from the country, and their 19-month-old son Noah. Since becoming a father, the Canadian has reportedly re-evaluated where the family should reside, and Buenos Aires’ levels of violent crime have unnerved him.

“’I love living in BA but it’s very dangerous,’” the 39-year-old allegedly told a source, according to British newspaper The Mirror, who added: “Michael is very protective now that he is a dad to 19-month-old Noah and he is really worried about crime.”

The crooner grew up in British Columbia, Canada but after marrying the 27-year-old model in March 2011 in the city, the couple decided to set up home there. But the wealthy areas of the city do have high levels of kidnapping and burglary and it’s made Michael consider moving back to America.

“He wants to move somewhere like Miami which is family-orientated – and bring up Noah there,” the source continued. “It’s been a long time persuading his wife it’s a good idea.”

Michael is a changed man now that he is happily married to Luisana as he has admitted to some bad boy behaviour in the past.

He went through an infamous break-up with British actress Emily Blunt after rumours surfaced of him being unfaithful. But now that he’s a father, the star is fully aware of how his actions could have an impact on his son’s view of him in the future.
“Before I do something or say something stupid I try to think how he'll feel about that when he's old enough to read or see it," he told entertainment show eTalk. "And there's things I've done in the past and it's too late, but I can try and make sure I keep that in mind."
