Chris Brown reportedly “doesn’t care what the haters say” about his and Rihanna’s rumoured romance.
The pair are thought to have rekindled their relationship recently. Rihanna and Chris have been posting intimate pictures of themselves together over the Internet in the past few months.
The couple split in 2009 after Chris assaulted her the night of the Grammy Awards, leaving her with a badly bruised face.
The 55th Annual Grammy Awards will be held in Los Angeles next month and apparently Chris is pulling for an onstage reunion with Rihanna.
"Chris wants to perform with Rihanna at the Grammys to show the whole world they are back together," a source told Radar Online.
"Chris doesn't care what the haters say, and wants to give the viewers an over the top performance with Rihanna.
"He wants the fans to know this is the real deal, and he is a changed man. If Rihanna can forgive him, the rest of the world should move on from what happened four years ago.”
It is said that Grammy producers aren’t keen on the idea.
Rihanna and Chris performing together could potentially enrage audiences.
"[Executives] haven't signed off on having Chris and Rihanna perform together," the insider said.
"It's an extremely delicate situation and there is concern about the backlash the performance could receive. But it could also be ratings gold."
