Britney Spears will give herself another ten years in the music industry.

The 32-year-old had her first taste of stardom in The Mickey Mouse Club as a child and went on to produce hit album ...Baby One More Time in 1999. She's had plenty of ups and downs along the way, suffering a very public breakdown that saw her shaving her head in 2007.

Despite a recent breakup from her boyfriend David Lucado, Britney is in a good place and looking to her future.

"I'll give myself another ten years," she replied to German newspaper Bild when asked how long she'll stay in the industry.

"I want to have more kids in the near future, marry and star in films. I haven't met the right guy yet. But everything happens for a reason, which is a good thing. I have no regrets."

Britney already has sons Sean and Jayden with her ex-husband Kevin Federline. She has a way of explaining her unusual lifestyle to her little ones.

"I told them, 'Mommy is a singer.' A popstar who entertains people and wants to make them happy," she smiled.

"If my sons want to follow a similar path later in life, then they should. I'd rather they become a doctor or lawyer, though. It's a tough business... If you want to make it, you have to be someone with a lot of self-confidence and strong will."

Speaking of her troubled past, the blonde star added she feels good about herself and the fact she has two great children.
