Britney Spears is enjoying some time off from her Vegas shows.
The 32-year-old mother-of-two is in the midst of her residency at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Sin City.
But she was back in her adopted home of Southern California at the weekend, and on Sunday the star admitted she had been looking forward to having a few days to unwind.
“Home sweet LA home!” Britney wrote on Facebook. “Taking a few days to CHILL... back to Vegas later this week. See y'all there! xo.”
The note came just days after Britney squashed rumours she’s eager to retire.
The pop star said last week she’ll give herself at least another decade in the music industry.
"I'll give myself another ten years," she replied to German newspaper Bild when asked how long she plans to stick around.
"I want to have more kids in the near future, marry and star in films. I haven't met the right guy yet. But everything happens for a reason, which is a good thing. I have no regrets," she said.

She meanwhile remains focused on her career and on her two sons, Sean and Jayden, with ex-husband Kevin Ferderline.
Speaking about how she explains her unique profession to her boys, she also admitted to Bild she wouldn’t hold them back from pursuing fame.
"I told them, 'Mommy is a singer.' A pop star who entertains people and wants to make them happy," she smiled.
"If my sons want to follow a similar path later in life, then they should. I'd rather they become a doctor or lawyer, though. It's a tough business... If you want to make it, you have to be someone with a lot of self-confidence and strong will."
