Yes, Lyndsay's back on track this year with her brand new single 'Run Away', another rocky tune from her repertoire, lyrics and music by Dean Muscat & Boris Cezek and production by Kenny D'Ugo & Dave Calleja. Her debut release had already been a positive one from the first few weeks of her launch, being classified in a fairly good position on the local charts and hitting the local airwaves including the island's most leading radio station ' 89.7 Bay.
'I'm continuously finding myself through music and I feel that I'm developing in my talents as an artist on a more professional level' says the teen pop singer.' I believe it's all about delivering the right package combined with a mixture of attitude, wild style and diversity all at one go!'
From local festivals to media related projects to singing in a rock band and being part of a girl group, Lyndsay's now pursuing her dreams and working on her first upcoming pop/rock album as a solo singer/songwriter, meaning that she is spending most of her time recording in the studio and writing new material at the moment alongside with her fellow producers.
Amongst her achievements, Lyndsay had been nominated for Best Solo Artist twice in a row and Best Song with her number 1 hit single 'Love Sick' at The Bay Music Awards in 2010 & 2011 and Best Female Artist at The Malta Music Awards in 2011, which undoubtly gave Lyndsay a boost and another step ahead in her career.
Lyndsay had also been the voice and concept behind the official Bay Kids Song 'Reach Out', making it to the first spot on the local charts together with DJ Toby, J Joy and guidance by Ian Lang, with the aim of creating awareness for charity.
In September 2011, Lyndsay had been selected to perform at one of the most prestigious venues in London, The Bedford in collaboration with AIMING 4 FAME were she had the opportunity to present a live acoustic set and promote her CD Compilation which includes most of her original work. In fact, Lyndsay's planning more upcoming gigs at the time being so rehearsals and preparations are underway!
Lyndsay's influences varies from different genres of music starting from modern pop culture to soulful sounds to classical jazz and inspiring rock bands as she believes there's always something new to learn in her career and thus proves herself to differ in such music abilities.
With so much to offer, Lyndsay continuously tries her upmost to represent herself in the best possible way with qualities which are summoned through power and courage. There is an ambition, one to contain the excitement and perform in the most professional standard, bringing out a diverse music taste in the industry. She hopes that in due time, she can set her foot abroad, to reach her ambitions of becoming an established artist.
